CAR LIFT PARKING
This is the lift that transports the car to the designated parking floor. The driver can easily transport the car to the parking floor by simple operation of buttons on the cage control panel. The figure on the right shows a door open status during drive-out process. To prevent any potential accident, the lift automatically stops operation when the entrance door is open.
Type & Features
Hydraulic type: features a smooth and gentle operation. Since the descending operation is powered by its own weight, no energy consumption is required. The system does not require the provision of an M/C room on the top. The location of the hydraulic system M/C room can be determined based on the site condition. However, it is advisable to install the M/C room in the lowest level located within 10m distance from the entry level.
Wire rope type: This type is installed in buildings with more than 4 stories. The elevation and descent speed of the wire rope type is faster than the hydraulic type; the lifting stroke can be increased.
Entrance direction and type
- Entry direction can be adjusted according to the shape of the building, as shown below
- Z Type: The car enters the cage, moves up or down, and then moves forward to the parking area of the building. The image shown is Z type.
- C Type: The car enters the cage, moves up or down, and then moves backward to the parking area of the building.

- Installation of terminal box for primary power source lead wire
- Installation of 4P interphone wire and lighting from the M/C room to the control room.
- Installation of heating system and fan to maintain a temperature of 0 ~ 40 C in the M/C room
- Installation of fire extinguisher and posting of notice on location of fire extinguisher in the M/C room
- Posting of notice on danger of fire on the door of the M/C room
- Installation of door jam and finishing works in the external wall and entry unit floor surface
- Installation of drain and drainage pump at the pit
- Construction of waterproofing concrete with a thickness of more than 100mm at the pit ground, and waterproofing works for side walls
- Installation of safety ladder and 415V outlet in the pit

Our parking system is designed based on the cars shown in the above allowable car specifications. The system for other cars can also be provided as an option.
Hydraulic Type
- The minimum height of the level (H1) is determined according to the entrance door height (H).

2 Sliding door type: H x 1.5 + 600 = 3,900mm
3 Sliding door type: H x (4/3)+600 = 3,500mm
